Toto (トト) is the proprietress of the Flower Prison Garden in Flanders. She plays a lesser supporting role in Arc 9.

Appearance
Toto is a youthful beauty with brown hair with a blue streak in it, purple eyes, light brown skin, and a voluptuous body. She is frighteningly beautiful and has an enchanting atmosphere. She is usually seen wearing a black dress that leaves her cleavage, back, and shoulders exposed, it has several dark blue flowers adorning its left side, and it has a feathery collar attached to the neck.
Personality
Toto is mentioned to be strict and hates The Scales. She has a habit of smoking out of her golden smoke pipe.
Abilities
Equipment:
- Iron Fan: Toto wields an iron fan that is laced with a poison called jiramme, an instantly lethal poison. Though her proficiency with it is unknown, she can still use it for melee combat.
