Shorty is a young boy with long bangs. He wears a white dress shirt under overalls that are uneven at the legs. Additionally, he wears a hat, an armband, and a brooch.
Personality
As a reporter, Shorty is dedicated to his job, though he is slightly shy and quick to overreact.
