Manfred Madison

Appearance

Manfred is a tall, slim man with a bald head and long legs. He wears long, blue robes and has tattoos of balance scales across his body. In Arc 9, he was seen with black clothes that have the symbol of The Balance on them. His original left eye was replaced with the left eye of his former subordinate, Mozolite, until it was gouged out by Yae Tenzen.

Abilities

Divine Protections (加護 Kago): As a member of The Balance and an apostle of Typhon, Manfred is aware of the means to steal other people's Divine Protections for himself.

• Divine Protection of Far-Sight (遠見の加護, Tōmi no Kago): Following his torture of Mozolite, a subordinate who betrayed him, Manfred replaced his left eyeball with that of his former subordinate's to obtain his Divine Protection of Far-Sight within his left eye. It allows him to see the precise location of a target or closely observe opponents who fulfill specific unknown conditions. However, he lost access to this Divine Protection when the eye responsible was gouged out.
• Divine Protection of Compulsion (強制の加護, Kyōsei no Kago): A power that exerts a compulsory force onto other people with its user's words if willed.
