Felt-chan Forms a Hooligan Squad (フェルトちゃん、愚連隊の結成) is a Gamers shop exclusive limited edition short story that came with Volume 6. It was later adapted in Shouhenshuu Volume 2.

Summary
Felt sat with the trio of thugs to discuss with them, and after some talk and a bit of resistance from them, she eventually convinced them to help destroy the country, as she thought they had similar views to her.
Later on at night, Reinhard had a secret meeting with the old man and old woman in charge of Felt's care, commenting how the events that transpired confirmed that his choice to follow Felt was the correct one and that he felt a little guilty that he would use her to make the Astrea family name rise to glory again. Changing the main subject, the old lady asks if they really should allow their master to get near Reinhard's mother, as they feared what could come of the encounter. Reinhard stated that he cannot deny him this, as it was his right, and he mentioned that he would soon leave with Felt to take care of other matters, thanking the both of them for everything they had done.
