The Land of Nascent Wolves / Undead Busters 1 (新生狼の国／屍人バスターズ①) is a Gamers shop exclusive limited edition short story that came with Volume 39.

Summary

Following the departure of the Lugunicans, with Spica resolved to end the undead problem still plaguing the Vollachia Empire, she met with Vincent, who informed her of her task and assigned her two bodyguards: Cecilus Segmunt, who Subaru warned could only be trusted in his strength rather than his eccentric behavior and personality, and Arakiya, who she had only encountered once as an enemy. However, following Priscilla's death, Arakiya had locked herself away and had refused Vincent's summons. As such, Spica and Cecilus were to retrieve her first.

Upon arriving at her residence, Arakiya and Cecilus were soon embroiled in a large-scale fight, which Cecilus warned Spica not to get close to since it would be dangerous and that she would be risking her life. However, inspired by Subaru and his knack of diving in headfirst to stop a conflict, Spica used her Leaper skill to sneak up on Arakiya, and then she used it again, using the side effect of immense nausea to assail Arakiya and forcing her to stop fighting. Her interference in their fight left Cecilus impressed.
