Rem's Latte Art (レムのラテアート) is a Toranoana shop exclusive limited edition short story that came with Volume 2. It was later adapted in Shouhenshuu Volume 1.

Summary
Rem found Subaru playing with coff, and he explained that this was a technique that exists from where he came from. He explained that he used fire stones to make the milk foam and showed her that he could draw a puck in the coff with the milk. Subaru convinced Rem to attempt it, but her drawing was really bad. Frustrated, she ordered Subaru to get back to work at once.
Later, Ram found Rem alone in the dining room still attempting to draw something good. Ram picked one cup and, on her first try, drew the symbol of "older sister" in Japanese that she had learned from Subaru the night before. Rem was amazed that her sister managed this and can be so incredible, getting sad that she failed as well. Before leaving, Rem tasted the coff and found out it is really bad, deciding to teach Subaru how to brew it properly first before playing with it next time.

- Coff (コーフ) is a drink that is made from beans that are transported and made in the Vollachia Empire. At the start of the story, Subaru claims that coff is actually something just similar to coffee.
