Toledo Spiegel

Appearance

Toledo is a man near the age of forty with slim and nimble body, a uniform furnishes with a cloak, and a beard around his mouth that is fashioned into the shape of a sword.

Personality

Toledo is fascinated by and in love with weapons. He is confident in his aptitude for seeing the quality of forged weapons and is uniquely able to feel their presence by “hearing” their “voices”. As a distinguished weapon collector within Vollachia, Toledo adorns the walls of his office with his weapon collection. He prevented his subordinates from using anything but excellent weapons. Toledo was also loyal to Vincent Vollachia, being fully committed to removing any obstacles that could threaten his reign.

History

Brotherhood of Pleiades

In the past, Toledo chosen to be a General due to his discerning eye for weapons and his rigorous training in utilizing all types of them. He was entrusted with the defense of Glarasia and managing the Imperial Soldiers at the Iron and Blood Fortress within the city. When Cecilus Segmunt arrived in Glarasia, he engaged in combat with Toledo and made quick work of him, easily rendering him unconscious. In due course, Natsuki Subaru, Tanza, and the group then known as the “Schwarnia Family” reached the Iron and Blood City. Cecilus challenged Subaru to conquer the fortress and defeat Toledo, who had no intentions of allowing him to proceed to the Imperial Capital. However, the Iron and Blood Fortress was conquered by Subaru, and he ordered Toledo to forfeit their weapons to him, leaving the weapon-loving Steel Appraiser pale.

Abilities

Equipment: As Toledo is most familiar with using a sword, he wields a treasured sword in battle. However, Toledo's proficiency in using weapons enables him to utilize other weapon types, such as spears, axes, hammers, or sickles.
