Family
Yorna Mishigure
Priscilla was originally born to Sandra Benedict, the past iteration of Yorna who died after giving birth. As such, Priscilla grew up without her mother. However, she would meet her mother again in Arc 7, and she managed to recognize her despite her new body. Despite Yorna being her mother, her attitude remained the same. That said, Yorna still sees her as her daughter, and similarly, it was implied that Priscilla did love Yorna, as her Soul Marriage Technique seemed to extend to her as well.
Vincent Vollachia
Vincent is Priscilla's older paternal half-brother. Prisca met Vincent during her childhood, and among all of her sixty-six siblings, he was her favorite, and vice versa. Vincent was the only one of them whom Prisca addressed as a sibling and respected, and he was also one of the few people whom she trusted in general. Vincent appreciated her audacious, pert attitude, while Prisca deemed Vincent's boldness to be the closest match to her own.
While their interactions usually consisted of sardonic banter that seemed to border on hostility, despite appearances, they were quite fond of each other and did not shy away from idiosyncratic but genuine displays of affection.
Vincent assumed a supportive role, sending Prisca books out of genuine concern for her development and education, plus assisting her in other matters such as handling the aftermath of assassination attempts that she faced. While he was also protective of her, Vincent trusted Prisca to make wise choices and believed that she would never do anything unreasonable.
Both Vincent and Prisca were aware of the fact that they were supposed to fight to death in the Imperial Selection Ceremony, yet the two chose to keep a mutually amicable relationship. This was a notable contrast to most of their siblings, who, considering their future role in the Imperial Selection, preferred to act distant with one another.
When the Imperial Selection Ceremony began, Prisca collaborated with Vincent, who later devised a plan to feign her death and grant her a chance to continue her life under a new identity. Thus, Prisca became Priscilla.
Although she did not consent to that plan, Priscilla did not resent Vincent, nor did she doubt his love for her. Even though she had abandoned her identity as Prisca, she still called him her brother and remembered him fondly.
Arakiya
Due to the nature of a Spirit Eater, she needed someone to use almost like an anchor to keep her mind and sanity in check. For Arakiya, that person was Prisca Benedict, who she described as her Sun. The two were closer to sisters rather than friends, and Arakiya was completely loyal to her, acting as her right hand during the Imperial Selection Ceremony. However, thanks to Vincent trying to come up with a way to help Prisca exit the stage alive, he would trick Arakiya into helping him poison her and fake her death, using a threat of an actual death to do so. Ever since their separation, Arakiya has missed her sun, and her loyalty to her remained.
In Arc 7, Arakiya would participate actively in the coup while thinking of this as a chance to place Prisca on the throne, wishing to kill Vincent with her own hands to complete the ceremony that was technically left unfinished. That said, she would end up coming to blows with Priscilla in Guaral. Despite being heartbroken in being forced to fight her, she would do so as long as she was protecting Vincent. Her intentions with the fight: not to kill her, but to ensure she would not stand in the way of putting her on the throne. That said, she would end up being defeated by Prisca.
Because of the interactions the two had, this would grow to cause Arakiya immense confliction, unsure of whether Prisca still cared for her after all of these years. She would carry this sentiment into battle with her until her clash with Priscilla and Yorna. Like usual, Priscilla would act haughtily and practically uncaring, and Arakiya would fight her with the intention to temporarily cripple her. Priscilla still seems to know Arakiya well, recognizing that the new techniques she was using to fight were put into her head by someone else, as was the idea of crippling her and keeping her able to take the throne. Once again, Priscilla would be responsible for defeating her sister figure.
As the Great Disaster began, Prisca, Yorna, and Arakiya would be left vulnerable to capture. In a deal with the enemy, Prisca gave herself up to so that Arakiya would be allowed to escape. Because of this, Arakiya would become desperate to save her, even going so far as to devour more of the Great Spirit Muspel to undermine the enemy. During her fight with Cecilus shortly after when she had no control of her body, she would come to realize that Arakiya was still cared for by Priscilla, as evidenced by the activation of the Soul Marriage Technique. A short time later, she would fight beside Priscilla once again.
Leip Barielle
Though Leip was Priscilla's eighth husband, neither of the two cared for the other. In fact, Priscilla was disgusted by the man. When Leip attempted to control Priscilla, she and Al ultimately stopped his schemes, resulting in the man losing his mind, and shortly after, his life.
Priscilla Camp
Aldebaran
Although he was bribed to be with her, over time Aldebaran realized that he really wanted to protect her, and although he was often beaten by Priscilla, he continues to accompany her. He disliked it when Priscilla useds his full name, getting angry and snapping back at her. Despite that, he was perfectly willing to give his life for her safety and well-being as shown when he died 1000 times trying to convince her not to go to Vollachia and risk her safety. In the end, he gave in and accompanied her to the Empire.
Schult
He always did as Priscilla told him to, as he was her butler, whether it was giving her tea, reading a book, or putting his life at risk for a mission.
Yae Tenzen
She worked in the Barielle mansion and supported her in eradicating the zombies from the territory. She leaves without saying a word after being exposed as an assassin by Aldebaran. Whether she actually left or was killed is unclear.
Nine Divine Generals
Balleroy Temeglyph
Though the two didn’t have much of a relationship when he was alive, Balleroy was one of the people involved in helping smuggle the princess out of Vollachia. During the Great Disaster, he would revive and be responsible for keeping Priscilla alive and fed. Though she was rather hostile and haughty due to her predicament, Balleroy still talked to her like any other person, and he even showed her respect. It seems that she did not have a personal vendetta against him despite the predicament.
Vollachians
Serena Dracroy
Serena, along with Balleroy and Miles, was responsible for assisting Priscilla when she was on the run from Ginunhive. She would end up helping smuggle her into Lugunica. Years later, when Priscilla returned to the Empire, she visited Serena before arriving at Guaral.
Emilia Camp
Natsuki Subaru
Initially, Priscilla didn't seem to think much of Subaru, treating him as she would anyone else when they first met in Lugunica and calling him commoner. Later, though she claims it was because Al requested it, she picked up Subaru and brought him to the castle, merely because she found it entertaining, and when Roswaal came to bring Subaru along, she showed dismay at it. Due to the way she seemed to discriminate against Emilia and her arrogant demeanor, Subaru thought negatively of her. In one failed loop, she even kicked him for not displaying any pride when he tried to obey her apparent demand to lick her feet for her help, calling him nothing more than a dog and nearly ordering his death.
The two would later meet again in Arc 5, where Priscilla interrupted the gathering that Anastasia had organized. When Subaru questioned why he was there, she claimed a lack of recognition and continued to refer to him as a commoner. Despite this, Priscilla has displayed a certain level of awareness of Subaru’s actions. Towards the beginning of the Battle for Priestella, when Subaru left with Beatrice, her eyes were focused on his back, and she told Emilia to chase after him while stating she’d regret it if she didn’t. Similarly, she later saved his life, helped him determine the oddity of his new blackened leg, muttered a hushed comment about his timing, and even prevented him from falling into the effects of Wrath’s Authority, not to mention that she took his words about said Authority seriously. She would also later show shock towards Subaru’s words that he didn’t want her to die either, leaving her to show a rare display of silence.
In Arc 7, she showed little surprise at both his appearance in Vollachia as well as his physical appearance.
In Arc 8, she showed her attentive side once again, stating Subaru’s full name among the people who were most outstanding during the Great Disaster, and she even showed a genuine smile when she was asked her opinion of him (and the others). In fact, Subaru was among the people affected by her Soul Marriage Technique, something that requires love to utilize. After managing to escape from her prison, she met Subaru in his infantilized form and teased him about it. However, for the first time, she called him by his name to his face and told him to do what he needed to do. With the end of the Great Disaster, she spent a day in Garkla following around Subaru, even going with him for a drink, asking him to sing, and dancing along with his song. However, as she began to fade away, having already sacrificed her life in Lupugana, she revealed that she was aware of Subaru’s Authority, and she warned him that not everyone wanted their fates to change, such as herself. Before she passed, she praised Subaru for all of his efforts, and she proclaimed him to be a true knight.
Emilia
These two had a complicated relationship. Priscilla often called her a half-devil and failed to show any care for her. On the other hand, Emilia originally had no real opinions of Priscilla, aside from the fact that she had a mean mouth. However, in Arc 7, Emilia would claim to try and befriend Priscilla anyway, leaving the latter to tell her to do what she wants.
Felt Camp
Felt
Felt is another of the candidates for the Royal Selection, whom she criticized for being a thief from the slums. When Felt replied, Priscilla didn't hesitate to be willing to start a fight, but Reinhard stopped her.
Anastasia Camp
Anastasia Hoshin
Among all of the Royal Selection Candidates, Priscilla regarded Anastasia as the most dangerous one of them. Regardless of her lack of strength, Priscilla found her views, large number of connections, and various business ventures with the Hoshin Company to be her greatest threat towards taking the throne. Of course, Anastasia would also respect Priscilla to a certain degree, though she believed her to have a problematic personality, as shown when she neglected to invite Priscilla to meet in Priestella.
Lugunicans
Liliana Masquerade
Liliana admires Priscilla Barielle and declared that she was the woman that Liliana wanted to be. She is very eccentric with her, she even calls her "Great Priscilla" and uses the honorific "sama" for her, which made Priscilla see her as someone slightly annoying. During the fight against Sirius, Liliana fell under the influence of the Authority of Wrath, and Priscilla had to kiss her to wake her up, although there were no romantic intentions implied, however, this caused Liliana to be even more eccentric about her. In addition, Priscilla thought highly of Liliana's song.
Witch Cult
Sirius Romanée-Conti
During the events of the 5th arc, Priscilla and Sirius fought. While on her own, Priscilla had little hope of victory, but she managed to overpower the Sin Archbishop with Liliana's help, almost cutting her in half and throwing her into a nearby water canal. Sirius was later recovered and taken captive, with Al being left to guard her. The two shared a very aggressive relationship and hated each other from the start. Due to Priscilla's unnatural luck, Sirius at one point even considered the possibility of her being the missing Pride, though quickly abandoned the idea.
Witches
Sphinx
Though the two would not officially meet until the Great Disaster, Priscilla was responsible for ending her charades within the Barielle Domain. Unknown to the witch, she would begin to harbor a certain anger and sense of revenge towards Priscilla: an emotion she didn’t recognize within herself due to her lack emotions and emotional understanding. This would cause her to have such a fixation on Priscilla that she would keep the woman alive, rather than turning her into one of her undead forces, so that she could witness the success of the Great Disaster.
Naturally, Priscilla’s demeanor never changed in front of Sphinx, and at first she did not recognize her, though she quickly put the pieces of her identity together. During their conversations, Sphinx would come to admire her thought process, and her observations of the woman would garner her a better understanding of emotions. Eventually, when she was forced to “shed the skin” of Sphinx, she would take on a new version of herself, the Witch of Greed, causing Priscilla to be surprised. However, even after this, Priscilla continued to point out the various emotions and thoughts that were plaguing the Witch’s mind until she eventually escaped the prison she was in. At the end of the Great Disaster, she confronted Sphinx one last time, congratulating the Witch as she struck her down.
