Wilhelm van Astrea

In his youth, Bordeaux decided to take Wilhelm into the Zergev Squadron, and despite Wilhelm's cold attitude, Bordeaux merely laughed it off. After their bout, the two respected each other's strength, though this didn't change Wilhelm's attitude. In the following years, the two got used to each other. Following Pivot's death, Wilhelm found himself somewhat disturbed by the change in Bordeaux and how he was more serious than before. However, in spite of this, the two remained friends. Later on, when Wilhelm went to the Trias Domain to save it, Bordeaux organized the Zergev Squadron to chase after him and either assist or save him, angry that Wilhelm left on his own. Following Wilhelm's silent departure for the next two years, Bordeaux remained worried for him. Those worries were relieved when he returned, and soon after, he took part in a large match between Wilhelm and the Zergev Squadron to help him allow Theresia to retire from the military. Later on, he attended Wilhelm and Theresia's wedding. However, many years later, more than a decade after Theresia's death, the two got in an argument when Wilhelm spoke to him regarding the White Whale, and because of this, Bordeaux had him thrown in jail to cool off. Their current relationship is unknown.

Ferris

Bordeaux was against Ferris joining the Royal Guard due to his being a demi-human, and he said as much to his face when he came to train with his healing magic. Thanks to Fourier, however, he backed off, and he did not interfere with Ferris again.

Felt Camp

Felt

During Meili Portroute's meeting with the Council of Wise Men, Felt told Bordeaux off for his behavior. Put simply, their relationship is strained.

Valga Cromwell

Valga is Bordeaux's enemy for orchestrating the mass slaughters in numerous battles and for being partially responsible for his squadmates' deaths. He later helped confront Valga in the Invasion of the Royal Castle. What he thinks of Valga joining the Felt Camp is unknown.

Fourier Lugunica

During Ferris's visit to the Royal Capital to train his healing magic, Fourier defended Ferris from Bordeaux's discrimination, and he told him off by telling him that he needs to let go of his discrimination. What he thinks of Fourier's death is unknown.

Royal Army

Pivot Arnancy

Bordeaux and Pivot were close friends who led the Zergev Squadron together. Whereas Bordeaux often remained cheerful and didn't think too much, Pivot acted as his brain and helped him throughout the war. Pivot's death struck Bordeaux hard, and having to slay his corpse soldier changed him, giving him great disdain for demi-humans. Likewise, because of his death, Bordeaux became more serious and started using his head more. He keeps Pivot's cracked monocle on a desk to remember him by.

Theresia van Astrea

Though they first fought together during the Battle of the Trias Domain, after she joined the war, the two initially did not get along. However, this changed over time, and by the time Wilhelm returned, they were friendly with each other. Bordeaux later appeared for her marriage to Wilhelm.

Six Tongues

Orphe

Wilhelm recommended Orphe to Bordeaux after his engagement to Theresia was made official. Bordeaux quickly put him to use, and he respected his work, and he made claim that he wanted to start an organization that supported the Kingdom the way he did, and he wanted to name said organization after his epithet. This marked the start of the Six Tongues, which Orphe was made the first director of.

Bordeaux selected Grimm for the Zergev Squadron. The two were rather friendly with each other.

Demi-Human Alliance

The two were enemies who confronted each other during the Battle of Aihiya Swamp. Bordeaux despises him for his responsibility for his squad's deaths. When he later fought his corpse soldier, Bordeaux thought it good that he was given a chance to avenge his fallen comrades. That said, during the fight, he believed that he feared what his strength was like during his life if he was as strong as he was in death.

Witches

Sphinx

Bordeaux loathes Sphinx for her use of corpse soldiers. When the Zergev Squadron members who died rose to fight as their enemies, he cursed Sphinx the entire time. Later on, he was somewhat disappointed that he couldn't have a part in the fight against Sphinx but was willing to trust Wilhelm's group with taking care of her.
