Family
Galahau Dracroy
Serena did not have a good relationship with her father. In fact, it was actively hostile. Due to his paranoia and fear of his daughter stealing his title and noble authority from him, he once tried to have her assassinated, an event that resulted in Serena's signature facial scar. After gaining assistance from one of the assassins that was sent after her and a certain noble from the Kingdom of Lugunica, she returned to her domain and officially overthrew her father, burning him alive and earning herself the title of Scorching Lady in the process. In the present day, she does not seem to have had any qualms in doing this.
Balleroy Temeglyph
Balleroy grew up in her domain, and Serena valued him. After he grew alongside Carillon and the O'Connell siblings, he became a member of her Flying Dragon Squadron and officially became one of her most trusted servants. After his death, she was clearly dismayed, and even when he became an undead, she felt it a shame that she could not see him again.
Flop O'Connell
Like Balleroy, he grew up in her domain with his sister, and she cherished him.
Medium O'Connell
Like Balleroy, she grew up in her domain with her brother, and she cherished her.
Imperial Family
Vincent Vollachia
While she respected that his rule maintained peace for the country, she felt frustrated with the emperor for the way he practically discarded her Flying Dragon Squadron, replaced them, and painted Balleroy as a traitor to maintain the country's apparent peace. When Roswaal came to request her assistance in Arc 7 and decided to take the Rebel Army's side against the "emperor", Serena decided to join the fight, still frustrated with the emperor. During the Battle for the Imperial Capital, when she talked with Abel, she seemed to be able to speak with him with ease. Meanwhile, Vincent himself respected her abilities as a general and her Flying Dragon Squadron. During and after the Great Disaster, the two seemed to be able to talk without regard to the past, and Serena did not see any punishment for taking part in the battle against the "emperor".
Palladio Manesque
Despite not meeting face to face, she was easily able to counter all of his strategies, and she felt that his strategies were all too obvious, much to the dead prince's frustration.
Imperial Army
Miles
Miles was one of Serena's subordinates, and she trusted him. She was also disheartened by his death.
Zikr Osman
Serena and Zikr seemed to respect each other as commanders and people, and they could be seen talking to each other after the end of the Great Disaster. The two also seem to think on a similar wavelength when dealing with people like Roswaal and Petra.
Vollachians
Berstetz Fondalfon
The two acted as generals during the defense of Garkla. Like with Zikr, the two seemed to respect each other as commanders.
Priscilla Camp
Priscilla Barielle
Serena and Priscilla have known each other since the latter's youth. Serena was the one responsible for assisting Priscilla in escaping from Vollachia, and likewise, she helped to bring her back into the country shortly before the Imperial Civil War got underway. The two seemed to have a relatively friendly, or at least amicable, relationship.
Emilia Camp
Roswaal L. Mathers
Around the time that her father sent assassins after her, she had encountered Roswaal in the area around the Vollachian-Lugunican border, and he assisted her in warding the assassins away. After his assistance in defeating and overthrowing her father, the two have been friends ever since. The two seem to respect each other as both nobles and warriors, and their points of view often align. It was because of their relationship that she decided to accept an audience with him in Arc 7, albeit she did throw him some complaints for not having spoken to her in so long. When she met Ram, she even looked forward to hearing some stories related to Roswaal. During this audience, their relationship seemed to become slightly rocky due to Roswaal's goal, and he claimed to have no problem with killing a friend, no matter the shame, if it meant accomplishing his goal. Despite this, after Serena had expressed her will to be on their side for the Imperial Civil War, the two remained friends, and this incident did not affect their relationship. Though, she did also find it curious how he interacted with one of his servants.
Ram
Shortly after meeting, the two seemed to get along quickly, sharing the common subject of Roswaal and their strong-willed personalities as the foundation of their friendship. It didn't take long after meeting for the two to share drinks with each other and regale each other with stories the included Roswaal. That said, Ram showed no hesitation to point her wand at Serena and hold her hostage when it came to locating her sister and Subaru and joining them. Despite this, it did not seem to damage their friendship, and after their dispute was settled, the two quickly got back to drinking and talking, much to Roswaal's exasperation.
Otto Suwen
Serena seems to respect Otto's role within her camp, and at one point, made a joking pass at him, using her scar as a reason for his rejection. That said, she did respect that he did not believe her scar ruined her image. The two seemed to be able to strategize together with relative ease, both sharing similar points of view on the battlefield.
Petra Leyte
Serena had no problem speaking to Petra, though she did find it curious that she spoke to Roswaal the way she did, wondering exactly what he did to make her appear so disrespectful to him.
Lugunicans
Gwain Merette
Gwain was originally one of the assassins that was sent to kill her in her youth. However, it was partially thanks to him that they were able to deal with the assassins, and afterward, she and Roswaal allowed him to sneak out of Vollachia, change his name, and hide away in Lugunica.
