Emilia
Puck lovingly treats Emilia as his daughter and generally acts as a father figure for the half-elf. In loops where Emilia died, Puck goes on a rampage, claiming that the world is worthless to him without her in it. According to their contract, even if Puck's mana is too low, he will do his job in order to protect her until his death. Puck provided Emilia mental support when people shunned her, protected her from thugs and even defeated Melakuera who wanted to kill Emilia in Bonds of Ice. Puck's backstory and his exact relationship is not fully revealed, however, Puck is extremely loyal to her, since he searched for her for 300 years and then waited 100 years until Emilia thawed herself from the ice.
In Tanpenshuu Volume 2, it is implied that Puck protected the area where his beloved daughter is currently sleeping for 100 years. He is very overprotective of Emilia and loves her the most. Similarly, Emilia loves Puck almost as much as Fortuna. Even the reason Emilia has long hair is because Puck praised it. After Puck broke his contract with Emilia in Arc 4 so that Emilia could complete the trials (since Puck's contract blocked Emilia's memories), Emilia was in despair, although Puck was sure that one day Emilia will renew her contract with him in the future. Emilia also went to Priestella in order to get a suitable crystal for Puck as the current one is not suitable enough to sustain Puck's need for mana, making him unable to wake up and materialize.
Beatrice
Puck and Beatrice have a very familial relationship, being that both of them having the same origin as creations of Echidna. Upon the current timeline, Beatrice would show Puck great intimacy and would always show fondness over him, going as far as cuddling and playing with him childishly. However, it is revealed that although Beatrice does have a strong relationship with Puck, most of these feelings stem from her 400 years of isolation prior to meeting Puck 10 years before the current timeline. She is also stated to be somewhat envious of Puck's position having finished his goal while she herself hasn't. Nevertheless, her feelings of being reunited with her kin and an old friend after four long centuries relieve Beatrice, and she very much adores Puck as he adores her.
Echidna
Echidna created Puck over 400 years ago to watch over Emilia. Puck does not seem to be so fond of her. Despite that, he shows some degree of respect towards her.
Emilia Camp
Natsuki Subaru
Subaru has a relatively positive friendship with Puck. Though Puck found it curious how Subaru knew about him in the beginning, since he didn’t seem like a dangerous person, he didn’t think negative of him. In fact, he would be the one to teach Subaru how magic worked in this world, even teaching him the use of Shamak. Similarly, Subaru can sometimes be seen petting Puck’s fur and messing around with him. And of course, both of them share protectiveness of Emilia.
This said, Puck has been responsible for killing Subaru three times in Arc 3, two of which he was apologetic about, and the third of which, he was angry for Subaru breaking his promise to Emilia, returning to the mansion when he was asked not to, and accidentally leading Emilia to her death. When Subaru returned in the main timeline, though he was angry at him for the former two problems, Puck would cooperate with Subaru to help her escape harm, and their relationship seemed to remain on friendly terms, with Puck even informing Subaru of the Authority of Gluttony.
However, in Arc 4, Subaru was forced to draw Puck out of his slumber. Due to the incident surrounding the Sanctuary, the two cooperated in defeating Roswaal, with Puck severing his contract with Emilia. Because he would be forced to sleep for a long time after this, he would entrust Emilia to Subaru’s care in his absence. At present, both Subaru and Emilia await for Puck to wake.
Roswaal L. Mathers
The two would “first” meet when Roswaal would come to coerce Emilia into being involved in the Royal Selection. However, he and Puck would enter combat since he didn’t trust the man’s intentions. However, the two would ultimately reach a truce. That said, Puck was still wary of the Margrave and suspected ulterior motives, something which would prove true once Subaru entered the picture.
However, during the events of Arc 4, Puck would recover his memories after severing his contract with Emilia. As he and Ram entered combat with Roswaal, it seems that Puck has picked up on his true identity as Altair Mathers, referencing his past with Echidna and Hector, going so far as to claim that Roswaal will never be like “that Warlock.”
Four Great Spirits
Melakuera
When Melakuera attempted to kill Emilia, Puck stood in his way, resulting in a fight between the two. The fight came to be known as the Day of Red Earth and Sky, and in the end, Melakuera was killed by Puck, resulting in Puck being left on the verge of death, making a contract with Emilia, and replacing the Arbitrator as a member of the Four Great Spirits.
Witches
Hector
Puck seems to be acquainted with Hector, as he mentioned that Roswaal L. Mathers could never become like “that Warlock”.
