History
Anastasia's Companion Searching Chronicles
Before holding the mock conference with the other mayors to relay Halibel's fate, Orgo allowed Anastasia Hoshin and her companion, Julius Juukulius, to enter due to the her connection with and the influence of Chuden Agri. As the conference was about to reach its conclusion, Anastasia interrupted, using her words to convince the mayors to set aside their feelings towards Halibel and hear him out. In the end, Orgo and the other mayors in the League of Cities allowed the two to visit the Vollachia Empire as emissaries representing Kararagi.
Kararagi Reaper Incident
Following the end of the Great Disaster in Vollachia, Anastasia and Halibel, with Julius at their side, returned to Ivada to report the results of their task in Vollachia to Orgo. He provided his gratitude to Anastasia upon hearing the results. However, his voice and facial expression did not reflect his words, which Anastasia questioned. He revealed that, in Banan, large-scale wind damage had assaulted the city, with members of the Iron Fang being among the people who had been sent there as a precaution, and that nobody in the city could be contacted or escape from it because it was completely enveloped by wind.
