Emilia Camp
Roswaal L. Mathers
Clind and Roswaal have known each other for at least 400 years. In the distant past, they forged a contract which entailed defeating an unknown enemy of Roswaal's as well as the protection of his property. Due to him sensing the soul of the original Roswaal within his descendants, he has abided by the contract ever since.
Frederica Baumann
In the past, Clind taught Frederica how to be a maid and how to control her beast form. However, due to Frederica's love for him at the time, their relationship took a turn for the worse by the time he began working at Miload Manor and they are no longer able to get along. Despite this, Clind still holds some level of care for her. It should be noted that, within the Greed If side story, he could not bring himself to harm Frederica when she was used as a human shield against him.
Garfiel Tinzel
Garfiel and Clind seem to get along rather well. Despite being Roswaal’s personal attendant, Garfiel seems to see Clind in a friendly light for his efforts in Costuul and for his assistance in moving everyone around during the matter of Subaru being flung to Vollachia. Likewise, Clind shows respect to Garfiel and speaks to him in a friendly manner.
Annerose Miload
Clind is Annerose's butler. Due to his preference for those with "pure souls", he has an unhealthy attachment toward her, but he also expresses sorrow that she will grow older.
Natsuki Subaru
Following the conclusion of Arc 4 and Subaru's promotion to being Emilia's sworn knight, Roswaal appointed Clind as his tutor, training Subaru in parkour, survival skills, and combat with a whip. Clind's skills were crucial to Subaru's future, as his advice and notes saved Subaru's life more than once in situations during Arc 5 and Arc 7. Likewise, Clind offered his assistance to retrieve Subaru by using his Authority to move around the camp. When they met again in Arc 9, Clind showed relief to see Subaru safe, and Subaru thanked him for doing so much to help the others retrieve him.
Petra Leyte
Despite his being responsible for teaching her how to be a servant, because of his relationships with Roswaal and Frederica and that he came across as someone who had given up, something which goes against her principles, Petra did not think very highly of him. During the events of Arc 9, she even scolded him for acting like an outsider with everyone around him. Because of this, he was able reflect on his actions and become somewhat more assertive with his thoughts, and because of that, he was thankful toward her. He also showed awe at her willingness to take on a Witch Factor and become a Witch if necessary or even give up something precious to allow him to use his Authority.
Priscilla Camp
Al
Though the two have seemingly first met in Arc 9, Al seemed to recognize him, though he acted as it was the first time they met, much to the confusion of Clind, who had no memory of him. While Clind originally treated Al with respect, using the "sama" honorific for him, he ceased using it after his betrayal.
Witches
Echidna
Though the exact nature of their relationship is not known, after coming into contact of a statue that appeared to depict her likeness and forfeiting it to Roswaal so it could be destroyed, he commented that it looked nothing like her while choosing to address her with respect by using the "sama" honorific with her name.
In the non-canon Kasaneru IF side story, it is shown that Clind held hostility towards the Echidna in the Castle of Dreams, who had preserved her existence and clung to the stage after her death, which caused him to attack Subaru. Whether his hostility was motivated solely by Echidna's disregard for the rules of the world or would have extended to her while she was still alive is unknown.
Hector
It has been implied that Clind knew Hector when he was known as the Valiant. According to Clind, he was unable to avoid the mental corruption by his Witch Factor, something that seemed to emotionally affect Clind. While it is unknown what happened to him, it has been intuited that Clind received his Witch Factor of Melancholy from Hector at some point.
Others
The Saintess
It has been implied that Clind knew the woman who bore the title of Saintess. According to Clind himself, she was unable to avoid mental corruption by her Witch Factor, something which seemed to emotionally affect him.
