Witch Cult
Sin Archbishops
Capella thinks very negatively of the other Sin Archbishops, often referring to them all with vulgar, derogatory insults. However, should her Gospel lead her down a path in which she is to work with them, she will do so. That said, as seen in Priestella, this “teamwork” is limited to working towards the same goal, and she does her work individually from the rest.
Roy Alphard
Unlike the rest of the Sin Archbishops, Capella has control over Roy as one of her “children”, and he listens to her orders, calling Capella by the name “Mama”. It should be noted that despite all of the Sin Archbishops deciding to work on their own over the course of Arc 5, Roy uniquely accompanied Capella to City Hall and acted as one of the obstacles towards reaching her.
Children
Elsa Granhiert
Elsa is one of Capella’s “children,” although she is unaware that “Mother” is the Sin Archbishop of Lust. Elsa follows all of “Mother’s” orders, and she is often handed assassination missions.
Meili Portroute
Like Elsa, Meili was one of Capella’s “children”. Meili seems to fear “Mother”, having been threatened with being turned into countless frogs if she ever failed her. After Elsa’s death and her capture, Meili still seemed to be afraid of her, claiming that even if she were let free, she would just be killed by Capella anyway.
Reisel
Reisel was once one of Capella’s “children”. However, after he failed her in a mission to retrieve a certain artificial spirit, he was punished and transformed by her.
Anastasia Camp
Eridna
For some reason, Capella has been hunting Eridna for at least ten years. Originally, Capella sent Reisel to retrieve her, although he ultimately failed. Later, her Gospel led her to attack Priestella, and one of her demands was the artificial spirit. Although the two have technically met, Capella was unaware that Eridna was taking control of Anastasia’s body, nor did she realize that the scarf around her neck was her main body.
Emilia Camp
Natsuki Subaru
The two officially met when Subaru and Crusch arrived to recover City Hall from the Witch Cult. Tricking them into thinking that she was the dragon, Capella successfully managed to ambush them. During their fight, Capella spouted off her twisted views of love and openly mocked Subaru and Crusch. After a short fight against Subaru, she tore off his damaged leg, and then, she used her cursed Dragon’s blood on him. Though the two haven’t met since, Subaru has survived her curse and even obtained a new leg, completely contrary to her expectations. What she thinks of this is presently unknown.
Crusch Camp
Crusch Karsten
Like with Subaru, she encountered the Duchess when she came to retrieve City Hall alongside Subaru. However, after successfully managing to trick her into attacking the dragon, she promptly attacked and knocked her out. After openly mocking her and Subaru and defeating the latter, she used her cursed Dragon’s blood to leave her practically paralyzed and covered in painful, splotched veins. The two have not met since.
Ferris
Due to Capella cursing Crusch, Ferris loathes Lust. The two met when Capella attempted to attack their acting base. She openly mocked Ferris and even poked fun at Ferris’s body. After mockingly offering to turn Ferris into a girl, she then taunted him into stabbing her while she looked like Crusch. Afterward, she pinned him to the wall, though when Ferris managed to completely wither her arm, she was shocked by his ability and fell into a trap, leaving Capella impressed.
Priscilla Camp
Al
Beneath City Hall, Capella and Al fought against each other. Over the course of the battle, she was surprised by how Al seemed to know how part of her ability worked (the blood), and she started showing interest in him, claiming that he was the one who killed the Council of Ten and flooded the district. Soon after, she started inching her appearance closer and closer to Priscilla’s, using Al’s slightest reactions and respiration to do so. Ultimately, he would trap her beneath the building, and she would be forced to retreat.
Kararagians
Reize
When Reize’s village was destroyed by the Witch Cult, Capella apparently poured a certain substance into Reize’s ear, unlocking a latent Oni ability to smell the Witch’s scent. However, as this was shown only in the Sloth If, it is unknown if this is canon.
