Veltol Astrea/Relationships

Theresia van Astrea

Velton was extremely overprotective of his daughter. Despite that, he loved her deeply, and cared for her wellbeing wishing only for her happiness. The two of Veltol and Theresia argued with each other many times due to Veltol trying to interfere with her and Wilhelm's wedding and honeymoon. However, after Veltol was cursed by Stride Vollachia, the two of them reconciled. In the end, Veltol showed his love as a father by sacrificing his life to save his wife and his pregnant daughter from the possessed Carol Remendis' blade.

Wilhelm van Astrea

When they first met, Veltol did not like Wilhelm at all. Veltol tried many petty schemes to try and delay and sabotage Wilhelm in wedding his daughter. However, after Veltol was cursed by Stride, Wilhelm fought on his behalf to save him from the curse. After Wilhelm's victory, the two of them reconciled, with Veltol accepting Wilhelm as a man of the Astrea family. 

Wilhelm held great respect for Veltol following this, and the two mostly had a cordial relationship established on mutual respect. Following Veltol's death, Wilhelm swore to avenge him. 

Tishua Astrea

Tishua was Veltol's wife, and the two of them loved each other, with Veltol even going as far as to get Tishua a new hair ornament as a gift for their wedding anniversary. Tishua, though also adoring her husband, was very firm with him when he stepped out of line. Following Veltol's death, Tishua remained heartbroken for the loss of her husband who had died protecting her until Wilhelm swore to avenge him.
