Garfiel Tinzel

Garfiel is Frederica's younger brother. Frederica deeply cares about Garfiel sending him letters every month. In their childhood, when Garfiel and Frederica were sparring she ignored their difference in age and body size, showing him no mercy. 

Emilia Camp

Ram

Frederica is Ram's senior. Since Ram lost her memories of Rem, Frederica worries about her thinking she is too hard on herself. Being her senior she tried to take the lead. But Ram wouldn't respect her because she didn't change since she was little. 

Rem

Frederica is Rem's senior. Frederica doted on Rem, wanting Rem to call her nee-sama. But around the time they worked together, Rem would only look to Ram, which caused Frederica to always feel like there was a wall between the two. After Rem's name and memory were eaten by Lye Batenkaitos, Frederica lost all memory of her.

Roswaal L. Mathers

Roswaal was the one who took Frederica and her family in. She relied on him to become a maid. After learning of Roswaal's true nature, little changed about her treatment towards him. She still treats him with respect due to the debt and the thanks she felt from the things he did for her but she wishes that he would stop plotting.

Natsuki Subaru

Frederica thinks of Subaru as a gentleman with a scary look to his eyes. Knowing of Petra's crush on Subaru, she thinks that he has some attractive points, but Petra deserves the best possible future, so she's not sure if she can leave that point to him.

Petra Leyte

Petra works under Frederica at the Roswaal Mansion as a maid. She adores Petra thinking she is the loveliest. While usually kind to Petra she is especially strict to her, to teach her to become a proper maid. Frederica knows that Petra is in love with Subaru. Thinking of it as good and bad. She wants Petra to find happiness, but Subaru's heart belongs to someone else. Petra and Frederica hold fashion shows where she dresses Petra in cute clothing. Even though she is a bit shy when Petra tries to get her to try on different outfits.

Annerose Miload

Frederica works for Annerose as a maid.

Clind

Clind was Frederica's instructor and first love. When Frederica was a child, she used to follow Clind around and would get jealous when he was kind to someone else, even openly telling him about it. As a result the two developed complicated relationship that worsened over time, to the point that now she only wants to forget those things. Clind taught her how to act and behave as a maid, and even helped her to control her beastification and with other problems like wearing her teeth down. He would also send her cute clothing on every one of her birthdays just to tease her.
