Typhon gets along rather well with all of the other witches. She's friendly towards all of them with the exception of the Witch of Envy, who she despises. She calls all the witches by nicknames she made herself, such as Tella for Satella, Dona for Echidna and Daph for Daphne. She seems to be really close with Sekhmet among all the witches as Sekhmet acted as a mother figure of sorts to her, with whom she agreed on Subaru having free will to injure himself. Because of that, she also attacked Minerva shattering her hand. She often bathed Sekhemt since the latter couldn't bother with such trivial chores.
Typhon doesn't express any form of contempt towards Subaru and actually quite likes him and after meeting him for the first time, Typhon immediately gives him the nickname Baru. When she judged Subaru's sins, she described him as having a kind heart because in her eyes Subaru "saw himself as a bad guy, but wasn't actually a bad guy". When she saw him cry, Typhon comforted Subaru and demanded to know who made him cry so she could punish them.
