Although it is unknown how the two met, Stride has been shown to be personally acquainted with Petelgeuse, making reference to him shortly before introducing himself as the Sin Archbishop of Pride.

Kurgan took care of Stride after he was abandoned by his parents and poisoned. Kurgan saw Stride as something like an adopted son. Nonetheless, Stride didn't care about him as he even rebuked Kurgan for talking back to him.

Stride and Wilhelm have a hostile relationship after Wilhelm defeated Kurgan in Picoutatte. Stride viewed Wilhelm as a key piece for his theatre, as his entertainment. He enjoyed in causing steep emotional turmoil to the people around him, finding his actions to be of high-grade entertainment.

Stride and Roswaal shared quite a hostile relationship. Stride specifically mentioned he needed to show what he prepared in Picoutatte to Roswaal to fulfill an oath with the deranged criminal. It's unknown whether him referring to the deranged criminal is referring to Sphinx, a high ranking member of the Witch Cult or someone else.

Stride sees Shasuke as one of his pawns to use for his strategems. Even though Shasuke had sworn loyalty to him, Stride still placed a curse on him to control him. Stride commanded him without any hesitation, and when Shasuke's curse was removed, was amazed by the fact that Shasuke still affirmed his loyalty to him. 

Raizo

Stride sees Raizo as one of his pawns to use for his strategems. Even though Raizo had sworn loyalty to him, Stride still placed a curse on him to control him. Stride commanded him without any hesitation, as was seen at the Astrea Mansion when he ordered Raizo to escape with him even though Raizo was seriously wounded.
