Garfiel Tinzel

As Garfiel is an Apostle of Greed, he can command the Ryuzu clones if necessary, though he is heavily reluctant to do so. The Ryuzus raised Garfiel like his grandmothers from the time that Reshia dropped him and his sister off at the Sanctuary. Naturally, Garfiel would come to love them as such. In particular, he was often seen with Shima, who had even broken her contract with her creator in order to pull the boy out of the Witch’s Tomb. With her newfound view on the original Ryuzu Meyer’s history, she and Garfiel would come to want to prevent the fal of the Sanctuary’s barrier. That said, the other aware Ryuzus would also worry for Garfiel and his emotions regarding his past and the barrier. Presently, though Shima is no longer with them, the Ryuzus were able to maintain a good relationship with their grandson.

As for the other clones, Garfiel, alongside his grandmothers and Subaru, are giving them names, differently colored ribbons, and different hairstyles to help improve their sense of identity.

Frederica Baumann

Like with Garfiel, the Ryuzus raised Frederica as their grandchild, and they loved her as one. That said, they wouldn’t see each other for nearly a decade after Frederica made the decision to make a home for the Sanctuary residents. Fortunately, it doesn’t seem like the time apart has damage their relationship, though not many interactions have been seen between them.

Echidna

In her research for immortality, Echidna would end up making clones of the half-elf girl Ryuzu Meyer. Whether the clones helped her achieve what she was aiming for at the time is presently unknown. However, she would ultimately make a contract with them to protect the Sanctuary and its residents, adding a condition that they not enter the Tomb themselves. Not much else has been said about their relationship with the Witch of Greed.

Ryuzu Meyer

All of the Ryuzus were cloned after Ryuzu Meyer during Echidna’s research into immortality. That said, they would not be made fully aware of the history behind the Witch’s actions nor the cause of Ryuzu’s body being sealed within a large Crystal until Shima, who had unintentionally undergone the first of the Sanctuary’s trials, would tell them in Arc 4. Delma, who was acting as Shima’s crutch at the time, would be shocked upon hearing this history.

Emilia Camp

Natsuki Subaru

The Ryuzus get along rather well with Subaru, though Shima would at first be somewhat wary due to smelling the Witch’s Scent on him. When concerning the history of the Sanctuary or Garfiel, the Ryuzus would have no issues in informing him of what they knew. Later, outside the Sanctuary, it seems that their relationship is still friendly.

Similarly, alongside Garfiel and Subaru, the more aware Ryuzus would begin giving the less aware Ryuzus names, differently colored ribbons, and differing hairstyles in order to help them gain a new sense of identity. In particular, the clone named Pico seemed to be rather attached to Subaru in Arc 4.
