Farsale Lugunica

According to Alec, Farsale was part of the journey to save the world. The relationship between him and the Sage is unknown, but considering that Volcanica thought well of Farsale’s personality, it is likely that the two were friendly with each other.

Witches

Echidna

According to Alec, Echidna was part of the team that journeyed to save the world. Their relationship is unknown, but in Arc 4 in the Web Novel, she mentions Flugel while talking to Subaru. It can be assumed that at the very least, they had a relatively amenable relationship.

Satella

According to Alec, Satella was part of the team that journeyed to save the world. The relationship between her and the Sage is unknown, but considering both Hoshin and Volcanica thought positively of her, it can be assumed she was at least somewhat friendly with Flugel. That said, when she became the Witch of Envy, Flugel was forced to team up with Volcanica and Reid to defeat her and seal her away. Following this, it seems that Flugel spent his time preparing for her in the future, such as building the Pleiades Watchtower, said to have been meant to “keep watch” over her seal.

Daphne

It is unknown what kind of relationship the two had. However, it seems as though they were on good enough terms that the Witch of Gluttony and the Sage worked together to create Shaula.

Petelgeuse Romanée-Conti

Petelgeuse seemed to have held the Sage in high regards as well, referring to him as "Master Flugel", apologizing to him for breaking the promise and taking in the Witch Factor of Sloth after Regulus Corneas and Pandora backed him into a corner, roughly one century before the events of the main story.

Others

Reid Astrea

Flugel allied with the Sword Saint and the Divine Dragon to defeat the Witch of Envy. Not much is known about Flugel and Reid's relationship, however, we do know the two of them shared a similar relationship than that of Gian and Suneo from the Doraemon series. From what the author had said, it's safe to assume Flugel was the "brains" and Reid was the "brawn" of the duo.

According to Alec, Reid travelled alongside himself, Flugel, and three other people in a journey to save the world.

Volcanica

Flugel allied with the Divine Dragon and Sword Saint to defeat the Witch of Envy. Similarly to Reid and Flugel's relationship, we know next to nothing about the chemistry between the Sage and the Divine Dragon. Volcanica seems to have been rather close with Flugel as his words regarding him were full of fondness.

Alec Hoshin

According to Alec, he traveled together with the Sage and four others on a journey to save the world. He also stated that among the group, Flugel was the most likely one of them to die, more so than himself. This said, he seems to have had a friendly relationship with Flugel.

Shaula

According to Shaula, Flugel alongside "Mother" created her. Shaula spoke very fondly of him, praising him whenever she got the chance to do so. It's also safe to assume Shaula and Flugel shared a similar relationship as Subaru and Shaula did about 400 years after Flugel's disappearance. ShauIa has mentioned that she had deep feelings for him, and also stated that Flugel was often tired dealing with her. It was also mentioned that Flugel would get sick of Shaula's antics and would periodically get annoyed at her.
